Lunch at Brisik (7.1.2011)

Hurrah!

Dayah bought us lunch today. Not a bad place. Food not too bad either – but they were kindda slow…

My food sux tho – forgot to take photo – spaghetti salmon. Very dry and the fish was overcooked.

But still… good vibes!

Meet-up on the 1st working day of the new year

It’s tradition see.

Started last year haha. Last year we met up at Overtime and drink that terrible German beer, Starker. 

This year we met up at Sid’s Bukit Tunku. Also the meet-up was kindda special ‘cos Brendan went solo and started his own practice.

So this is the new year…

New year, new resolutions.

Was talking to Shuks the other day about new year resos. I told her I managed to keep my new year reso last year: to watch as many movies as I can! The year before I was so busy with work I hardly watch any movie and I was kindda upset about that ‘cos I love watching movie right? So, throughout 2010, I made plans almost every weekend with Kuyats to catch a movie. If its not with them, its with someone else. I am happy to say that I managed to catch almost all the movies released last year. Mwahahahahha.

The other new year reso is to actually delete my Facebook profile. And I did it! Damn son, I was planning to do it last year, but since I have like 260 photo albums and the photos are scattered every where (in the house’s computer, in my dad’s laptop, in Nadia’s laptop), I had to painstakingly save each and every photos. It takes time and I managed to do it before 2010 ends. But I can’t straight away delete my profile. I had to request to delete my profile and Facebook gave me a 14 days period to consider. The mind’s made up – no more Facebook! When my friends actually found out about it, that I really did delete my profile, they were so upset. Why? ‘cos 75% of their photos tagged on Facebook were taken by me and now it’s all gone. I said sorry, but I ain’t going back! But at least I saved all their photos and they can always come over and saved them.

The other reso is to stop tweeting. And people actually noticed… Yups, no longer you know where I am, what I do, what I think, what music I listen to etc.

But it won’t last tho. That kindda bang need to be maintained and I just can’t be arsed la. Prolly this look will last for, err 2 weeks?

Other resos? Well, to just be awesome and gorgeous. 2010 was a blast. And so was the year before. And the year before. I say, it just gets better every year. So here’s to more awesomeness in 2011!
